🍳 What it is — Overview

• This is a 20 cm non-stick frying pan from the “Natura” line by Tefal (model B22602).

• It’s made of aluminium with a non-stick “Mineralia” coating (reinforced with mineral particles) that aims to give durable non-stick performance.

• It’s compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, or halogen stovetops, but not designed for induction cooktops.

• The pan is dishwasher-safe and has a fixed handle (non-detachable). 

✅ Key Functions & Features

• Non-stick cooking — low-fat / easier clean-up: The Mineralia coating helps prevent food from sticking, so you can cook with little to no oil, and cleaning up afterward is easier. 

• Even heat distribution: The pan uses a “diffusion base” (also called a “diffusion bottom” / “diffusion base”) to spread heat evenly across the surface — useful for uniform cooking and avoiding hot/cold spots. 

• Cooking temperature indicator (Thermo-Signal): It has a built-in temperature indicator (often called “Thermo-Spot” or “Thermo-Signal”) that helps you know when the pan has reached the ideal cooking temperature — that way, you start cooking at the right heat for best results (color, texture, sear).

• Health- and environment-friendly non-stick surface: According to specifications, the coating is PFOA-free (and also free from lead/cadmium, etc.), which helps mitigate concerns about harmful chemicals from non-stick surfaces
